What happens if my Powercloud PC breaks?If your PC breaks, we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you. Just contact our customer service, and we’ll take care of the rest. Before we ship the replacement PC, we’ll install all your old files and applications, ensuring that when you receive your new device, it’s exactly the same as the one you had before—so you won’t lose any data or have to go through the hassle of setting everything up again.

How do the remote upgrades work?When you need more power, we can remotely adjust your plan to increase your device’s performance. This means you get the benefits of a hardware upgrade without waiting for new parts or dealing with installation.

There’s no downtime, and no new hardware is required.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?If you cancel your Powercloud subscription, you’ll still keep the Mini PC, but you’ll lose access to services like automatic backups, software updates, and free hardware replacements. You’ll have a 15-day window to move any files and applications stored in the cloud before they are removed. After that, your cloud data will no longer be available. You can always reactivate your account to restore these benefits.
